Dad's funeral has been arranged for Wednesday 14th March 2018 at 10.00am Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church, Bosworth Road, W10 5DJ.

Following Mass he will be taken to the West Chapel at The West London Crematorium, Kensal Green for cremation at 11.15am.

After the Crematorium service, we hope family & friends will be able to join us for some food and refreshments at the Eagle Public House, 250 Ladbroke Grove, London, W10 5LP

Should you need it, metered parking is available in the roads surrounding the Church and the Eagle Public house at £1.20 an hour. Free parking is available at the Crematorium. A minibus will also be available at the Church to take those in need of lift to the Crematorium and then to the Eagle.

If you had wished to send flowers and would wish to provide another form of tribute, we would encourage you to make a donation to 'St David's Home' for Disabled Ex-servicemen and women. St David's is a registered charity (Registered Charity Number 220151) providing care for the elderly and rehabilitation of the physically disabled.  St David's provided magnificent support in the last days of Dad's life and we and many other families in West London benefit hugely from their work.

Leaflets, donation forms and a collection tin are available at the rear of the of the Church should anyone wish to donate.  Completing a donation form allows you to declare 'Gift Aid 'and enables the Charity to claim back 25% of the gift in tax relief (so £4 becomes £5).
